So resorting to Virtual Machine seems the only option (by the way I'm using VMware, not VirtualBox). Tried to downgrade to Windows 7 after upgrading to Windows 10 and installing SQL Server 2016 on Windows 10, but with no success (strange but after downgrade I don't see SQL Server 2016). Also I am talking about express edition of SQL Server.

I want to find way just to overcome OS limitation. I'm familiar with virtual machine and upgrading to Windows 10 options but I don't like them.

It gives you the ability to download multiple files at one time and download large files quickly and reliably. It also allows you to suspend active downloads and resume downloads that have failed. Microsoft Download Manager is free and available for download now. Microsoft SQL Server 2014 Express is free and contains feature-rich editions of SQL Server that are ideal for learning, developing, powering desktop, web & small server applications, and for redistribution by ISVs. The SQL Server 2014 Express release includes the full version of SQL Server 2014 Management Studio. LocalDB is a lightweight version of Express that has all its programmability features, yet runs in user mode and has a fast, zero-configuration installation and short list of pre-requisites.For a complete list of supported features in SQL Server Management Studio, see Features in SQL Server Management Studio. Use this if you need a simple way to create and work with databases from code.
